On-Call Service

We are here for you

We encourage our clients to reach out to us in their times of need in between sessions and offer on-call services to do so. We are committed to preventing hospitalizations for moments of crisis that can be worked through with the help and support of your clinician.

Groups

We offer both therapy and skills groups for clients that are interested or need a higher level of care. Take a look at our current group offering list, but please check back in as we continue to add!

Therapy Groups

These groups follow the traditional processing and support model of group treatment. Sharing of personal experiences is encouraged. Our therapy groups are tailored to identities relevant to that group, i.e., diagnosis, gender, age, life transition. These groups are ‘closed’ groups, which means clients can only join during open admission so members can expect consistency in the group to build comfort and trust.

Skills Groups

These groups are educational in nature, and teach clients and their families the skills needed to cope with a range of concerns from everyday stressors to more serious crisis events. Groups curriculum pulls from our varied experiences in multiple treatment modalities, and will include skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Somatic- Based Interventions, and others. Each group is tailored to client age range and level of care. Our skills groups are ‘open’ groups, meaning new members can join at any time.

Parent Coaching

Parenting is an incredibly rewarding experience, but it is difficult! Sometimes it becomes more difficult as we and our children get stuck in cycles of conflict that seem to only make things worse. Our clinicians are trained and experienced in helping parents navigate communication, discipline, and boundaries with their kids so that they can break these cycles and again experience the joys of parenting rather than just the frustration. Together we can help you and your family navigate these difficulties.

How is Parent Coaching different from Family Therapy?

Parent coaching is not therapy. In parent coaching we will help to teach skills and strategies to improve parenting as well as address specific concerns or dilemmas our parents may have. The focus is on the parents, and your children will not be present. This is about you and improving your skills and experience.
